Our Commercial Construction Capabilities

1. Land Survey & Soil Testing

• RTK GNSS / GPS Receiver: Centimeter-level precise land boundary demarcation via satellites.
• 3D LiDAR Laser Scanner: Converting land elevation, slope, and surrounding infrastructure into a 3D digital model in a single click.
• Survey Drone (Photogrammetry): Collecting aerial 3D maps and visual data of project sites.
• Hydraulic SPT Soil Test Rig: Testing soil strength and stratification to automatically determine piling depth.

2. Materials & Quality Testing Lab (BUET Standard Testing Lab)

• Universal Testing Machine (UTM): Testing tensile and yield strength of rebar according to BUET standards.
• Digital Concrete Compression Machine (CTM): Testing the compressive strength of concrete cylinders and cubes.
• Soil & Aggregate Testing Set: Performing triaxial/direct shear tests for soil and Los Angeles Abrasion tests for aggregate durability.
• Cement & Water Testing Apparatus: Testing initial and final setting times of cement, as well as the pH and purity of water used in concrete mixing.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Tools: Assessing structural health without damaging existing structures using Digital Rebound Hammers and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Meters.

3. Design (Software & Hardware)

• Software:
  • Autodesk Revit (BIM): Automated architectural, structural, and plumbing 3D modeling.
  • ETABS / SAFE: Structural load, earthquake resistance, and piling calculations.
  • Navisworks: Automatic clash detection across electrical, plumbing, and structural beam layouts.
• Hardware:
  • BIM Workstation PCs: Computers equipped with high-end processors and dedicated graphics cards.
  • Large Format Architectural Plotter: For printing large-scale engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • 3D Concrete/Scale Printer: For printing and inspecting designs directly as physical scale models.

4. Site Prep, Excavation & Piling (Piling & Substructure)

• Hydraulic Rotary Drilling Rig: Rapid and precise soil drilling for piling.
• Hydraulic Pile Breaker: Removing excess concrete from pile heads within 1 minute without manual hammering.
• Mini Hydraulic Excavator: Rapid earthmoving and excavation for piling and foundation works.

5. Structure, Rebar & Concrete

• Auto Rebar Cutting & Bending Machine: Automatically cutting and shaping rebar based on computer measurements.
• Cordless Rebar Tying Gun: Tying rebar bindings in just 1 second.
• Self-Loading Concrete Mixer & Concrete Boom Placer: Automatically batching concrete and pumping it directly to roof levels via pipelines.

6. Masonry & Plastering

• PPR Fusion Welding & Pipe Pressing Tool: Rapid, leak-proof hydraulic jointing using auto-heating tools.

8. Finishing & Painting

• Drywall Sander with Vacuum: Sanding wall putty and plaster smoothly without producing dust.
